If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned in their original condition.

• Products that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a free replacement or refund.

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

How To Start A Return

Contact our support team at support@breezecube.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
